The Pairing Project is a seasonal Boulder-based supper club. We strive to bring local harvest to the table through intentionally sourced menus and sustainable wine pairings. Our mission is simple: focus on what matters - good food, good wine, and the people who share it.
We source with intention and cook with restraint. By partnering with local growers who respect the land, we let ingredients speak for themselves. Our approach is simple: seasonal food that makes you feel good, elevated by unique flavors. No pretension—just a menu that reflects a specific time, place, and community.
